| Areas of concern : |
| |
While Pre-evaluation, hall arrangements, slotting of cast studies, computation of results, briefing of judges for uniform, objective evaluation, Valedictory and Prize distribution were all taken care of, two areas, namely, catering and hall, however, require more attention in future. |
| » |
Hall Arrangements: Here again all efforts were taken for trouble free presentation, but due to current fluctuations, there were some interruptions in presentation during some period of time. This is an unavoidable problem situation. We have to go by the saying “What cannot be repaired should be endured.” |
| » |
Catering: On 19th December 2009, there was a sort of tension due to shortage of rice for around 250 people around 1.30 PM. There was, perhaps, some error in our estimate or over consumption. The main idea was to make sufficient food items without any wastage. Some how, with all our best efforts. This area continues to be a critical area. Our sincere apologies once again to those who ware affected. |
| » |
Mementoes: First time we have given par excellence for 80% and more and excellent for 70% and more but less than 80%. Since the number of excellent circles have become more than the estimated, it has created a shortage of about 35 mementoes which were sent to the circle directly through courier. |
|
| |
Conclusion:
As the curtain of NCQC-2009 came down, I thought that we should only think of the excellences to appreciate and of course, can give a correct feed back, if any needed.
The success of an organization or a function of this magnitude is extended shadow of its leader, Shri. R. Srinivasan who, despite his other onerous responsibility as MD of HAL Helicopter Division, had given his quality time and leadership.
We salute them all. The last but not the least, the sponsors, advertisers, and our institutional members who have sent the team deserve our grateful thanks.
We certainly hope and believe that the same sort of cooperation would be provided to NCQC-2010, Visakhapatnam and ICQCC-2010 Hyderabad, India.
